March 2004 - Each year, one of the attending convention firms hosts a two-night hospitality function for their customers. And this year, they chose Fandango Productions to create a motorsports-theme environment in the beautiful downtown hotel ballroom. Whitlock Motorsports presented the Tire Change Game as one of the primary attractions for guests of the host Team CTBR. Many thanks to Tim Reber and staff of Fandango, who did a bang-up job for their client.

The motorsports theme was carried throughout the convention hall with a fenced pit compound and these ingenious spare parts centerpieces.
